A County Court Judgment is the term for a judgment made in the county court against a person or company in debt. This is a ruling made by a County Court against a person who has not satisfied payments to his/her creditors. These judgments will show up when the lender carries out a credit search. |

| These are loans which are not backed by any collateral and are eligible for approval even with CCJs. |
